Bio

Josef Wehunt (Flute/Percussion) is an undergraduate studying Percussion Performance at Anderson University. After graduating from the Fine Arts Center, he played on many events such as the South Carolina Athletic Hall of Fame Ceremony, Palmetto Boys State, and the South Carolina Collegiate Honor Ensemble. His instructors include Gary Robinson, Brandon Gilliard, Jeff Holland, and Daniel Kirkpatrick. He now teaches percussion at Palmetto High School and Belton Middle School.

Grayson Samuel Hiatt (Bass Guitar) began playing music at the age of 5. After taking several years of both classical piano and drum lessons, Grayson changed his sights to the guitar and electric bass. Grayson performed solo and with several local acts in Florence, SC before changing his focus to private instruction in 2011. Grayson is currently studying instrumental performance with a string bass emphasis and minor in composition at Anderson University where he performs with classical guitar and jazz ensemble. As well as being proficient at guitar and bass, Grayson also plays the piano, mandolin, and sitar and is well versed in funk, rock, rhythm and blues, classical, jazz, and folk styles. Grayson also directs and performs in an annual charity event, A Night of Hope, with proceeds benefitting the House of Hope, a non-profit organization that seeks to provide shelter and clothing to the homeless.

Coleman Erkins (Guitar) is 18 years old and just graduated from the Fine Arts Center. He is planning on attending Anderson University to study Worship Leadership. Coleman has played many gigs including Fiddler on the Roof at Saint Josephs, and the Centrikid Band for Lifeway.

Jordan Toran (Percussion/Drums) is an undergraduate studying Music Education with an emphasis in Performance at Winthrop University. In his high school years he marched with a total of three marching bands, towards the end of his freshman year he got accepted into the Fine Arts Center's music department. From sophomore year to senior year Jordan exclusively studied Percussion, Music Theory, and Jazz. Upon getting accepted to Winthrop University, Jordan has performed at basketball and soccer games with the Djembe group, performed in the annual composer's recital, and performed in the Winthrop University Symphonic Band. Starting this summer Jordan will be the percussion tech at Indian Land High School. In the upcoming year he plans to join the Irish Ensemble and Jazz Band.
